My daughter was failed in a high stakes medical exam, but after consulting with Solicitors and demonstrating breach of contract by the Medical School we approached Dr.Holsgrove ,(after reading some of his articles in the Times on Line) , for an in depth analysis of the situation, as there were clear failings on behalf of the Medical School. Dr Holsgrove was extremely professional and knowledgeable in his field and was able to provide an expert narrative on the failings and the manner in which the exam had been set and administered and marked by the authorities. He also provided support in an appeal which helped demonstrate that the Medical School had got procedures wrong . After further representation and analysis in support of our Solicitors pleadings the Medical School admitted that they had made some errors and my daughter was passed, once their various exam boards had met to consider the case. I cannot thank Gareth enough and found him to be extremely approachable, courteous at all times and his excellent specialist knowledge and approach to problem solving proved invaluable. I would highly recommend his services, DW May 2011
